Planning Storyboard for my Music Video

First Scene: I planned out my storyboard somewhat according to the lyrics of the song I chose. I did this so that I could bring the story told in this song, to life. I will start off by having my actor standing in front of the mirror. But, I will be just showing her reflection. This will cover the lyrics, "I'm just a mirror, you check your complexion.."

Second Scene: In this scene I will start by panning to the left and then it will end with me tilting up. In this scene there will just be an empty room to show loneliness. This scene will cover the lyrics," To find your reflection's all alone, I had to go."

Third Scene: In this scene I will be tilting down to reveal my actor sitting on the bed with her head in her hands and a book beside her. This will be covering the lines saying, "Can't you hear me? I'm not coming home."

Fourth Scene: My actor will open up her book that is sitting on the bed next to her. This will cover the lines saying, "Do you understand? I've changed my plans..."

Fifth Scene: In this scene, there will be a close up of the sketch book/poem book she may be reading. This is to show her "plans" of what the future may be.

Sixth Scene:  This will be the start of the multi-part ending. It will be shot from a bird's eye view with me filming over my actor who will be in the middle of the bed. It will start with the lyrics, "Cause I..."

Seventh Scene: Then this will come immediately after, saying, " I'm in love with my future." In this scene I will still be over my actor but in a close up shot.

Scenes Eight-Eleven: These scene will be covering the line in the song saying, " Can't wait to meet her." Each scene will be less than a second and there will be different flashing galaxy lights. I added this bit at the end to cover the conventions I researched previously.

Scene Twelve: This will be my last scene. In this scene, my actor will be concluding the music video by closing her eyes and turning to the side to go to sleep as the song fades out.

See you in the next one!
